A restored 1890 mill, run the friendly way

Mabgate Business Centre has found a home in a mill dating back to 1890. Over recent years we have invested significantly in the restoration and refurbishment of the building. Our vision was to supply a modern work environment for young companies and offer workspace at an affordable rate.

We allow fledgling companies to take space without being committed to a lengthy lease — our space is available on an easy in, easy out licence, starting from £250 pcm. Being a family owned and run business centre, one of our team will always be available to help or advise. We're enthusiastic in our customer care and take pride in offering all our services at a vastly reduced price while delivering the highest level of service.
